Orders
Order on line or phone us at the store. All orders are currently only available for delivery within Australia. Stock is subject to availability.
International customers may order for shipping of gifts within Australia.
Toying Around uses Paypal which accepts Visa and Mastercard and direct debit. We accept credit cards via phone order also.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Whilst we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability if details published on the website are incorrect
Delivery
We aim to minimse postage costs but want to keep it simple too. If your total purchase is $30 or less then a flat $10 postage applies, and for a total purchase of $31 or more, just $15 postage applies. Postage is anywhere in Australia.
Standard delivery can take between 5 and 7 days but if an urgent delivery is required please contact us by email or phone so we can arrange the best option for your gift.
Refunds
Toying Around will replace or refund any faulty products. Please advise us by email or telephone within 5 days and we will let you know how best to proceed.
Exchange
If you change your mind we will be happy to exchange an item for you. The item must be returned to Toying Around with 5-7 days, unopened and in the original condition. Packaging must not be damaged in any way. You must pay for all freights charges for an exchange item.
Please include a copy of your invoice and contact details when returning goods.
Alternately you may come into the store and exchange goods in person.
Lay-by
Lay-by is available but you will need to contact the store by telephone and we will happily organise this for you.
Secure Shopping
Toying Around does not store your credit card information to protect your information from unauthorised use. All on-line transactions are either done by you direct depositing into our account, via Paypal, which is a secure payment engine, or over the phone where card numbers are entered directly into our EFTPOS terminal.
